Had a fun New Year's celebration with complimentary champagne and a birthday cake in the room. The beds were super comfy, and the ocean view was stunning!
The suite had a strong musty smell, especially when the AC was on. The staff's response to the issue was disappointing, offering only wall plug-ins and a meager discount.

Our family had a fantastic time exploring the vibrant town of Key West from this great hotel. It served as a perfect jumping off point for all the exciting activities the festival had to offer.
My children wanted more kid-friendly activities onsite.

The suite we stayed in had great heating and air conditioning, which was perfect for adjusting to the Key West weather. The balcony was a nice touch, offering a lovely view of the surroundings. The sitting area was cozy and well-furnished, making it a relaxing spot to unwind. We appreciated the in-room safe for storing our valuables and the soundproofed rooms made for peaceful nights of sleep. The separate living room was spacious and a great place for gathering with friends and family. One thing that could be improved is the kitchen amenities. While there was a microwave, toaster, and stove, having more kitchen utensils like measuring cups and a can opener would have been helpful. more cookware would have been beneficial for those wanting to do some cooking. I also found the lack of a refrigerator in the room to be a bit inconvenient, and having one available on request would have been a nice option. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch for entertainment, and the laundry facilities came in handy during our week-long stay. The Laureate provided a pleasant experience with its clean and well-decorated grounds, friendly staff, and convenient location. It's a great choice for those looking for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Key West.

Perfect base for exploring Key West's vibes. We hit up the hip festival venues for the coolest films and rocked out at the sick event with the bands at the waterfront. The views were dope, the pool area was lit with games and cold treats, and our 2-story room was boss for hanging out with the crew.
Wish they had a louder party scene for young peeps to turn up even more! .

The suite was well-equipped with a kitchenette and a spacious layout, including a separate bedroom and living room. The sea view from the bedroom and balcony was lovely, and the pool area was clean and enjoyable. The on-site parking was convenient, and there were supermarkets and shops just a short drive away.
The noise from the busy road outside was disruptive, detracting from the otherwise pleasant sea view. The lack of a shuttle bus into the town area added extra costs for transportation.

the staff were top notch, very polite and helpful. the room was super clean, spacious, and comfortable. the suites were beautiful and felt like a small condo. the pool was a little cold but fun, with a ping pong table nearby. attention to detail with everything was amazing. the pool exceeded expectations and the maintenance was out of this world.
There was nothing i didn't like ☺

Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Les prix sont abordables, surtout si l'on considère les prestations fournies. L'attention portée aux détails est remarquable. J'ai été agréablement surpris par la qualité de la vaisselle et par le soin apporté à la décoration intérieure. Cela ajoutait une touche de charme à l'expérience.- Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. Ils se sont montrés à l'écoute de mes besoins et ont fait preuve d'une grande disponibilité.- Les chambres étaient confortables et décorées avec goût. J'ai beaucoup apprécié le thème alpin qui apportait une ambiance chaleureuse.
Globalement, tout s'est bien passé, mais il y avait une légère déception au niveau du petit-déjeuner. J'aurais préféré une plus grande variété de choix, notamment en ce qui concerne les fruits, les salades et les viandes froides.

Le personnel était très aimable et arrangeant. Les chambres étaient propres et le lit était super confortable. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et délicieux, avec un bon rapport qualité-prix. De plus, l'emplacement était idéal, à proximité du métro et d'un centre commercial.
Tout était génial.
